We’ll start with an assessment of the current operating structure. During this discovery period our goal is to assess:

/ operating congruence
/ process/procedures
/ role and goals alignment
Value add search:
After an initial assessment, we will work together towards a plan for you and your EBP. Often this looks like one of the below but often a blend.
Outcome 1: Place and Build
There is no current support structure and you’ve determined it's time to bring order to the chaos. We will lead the process of finding and placing you the right person.*
Outcome 2: Train, Coach, and Level Up
There is a person/team in place and they show promise. The leader does not have the capacity to mentor, train or develop this individual or team.
Outcome 3: Replace and On Board
There is someone in place but they are missing the mark. They hold a great amount of legacy knowledge, access and/or are too embedded and we need to run a quiet, strategic replacement. *
